How do I reference a cell on a different slide in Keynote without having to type the actual slide # and table name.

You CAN do this!

If the reference is to a cell in a table on another slide, the slide name must also be included (unless the cell name is unique within all the slides).

SUM(Slide 2::Table 1::C2:G2)

The slide name, table name, and cell reference are separated by double colons.

When you click a cell in another slide while building a formula, the name of the slide and the name of the table are automatically included in the formula.

I been able to link (reference) in a formula to a table cell on another slide by trial and error. I have to know the slide number, of course, and the table name/number and then the cell row and column. Once I input all the info into the formula I can reference, but it is painstaking and if the slide I am trying link (reference) has many tables then it gets complicated. I thought there would be a way I can just click on the the cell in the table on the slide I'm trying to link.
